If your business is not yet on social media, then let's get started! For just £50 you can have your business ready to roll on Facebook or Instagram (if another platform is preferred, then please let me know). This will include having the page created, profile image and cover banner set, background settings configured to suit your business, and details added to make sure all your visitors know who you are and what you do. If you would like 2 or more accounts setup, a discount will be provided and we can work together to see what platforms will be best for your business.

Involvement
Once the details have been finalised, it's up to you how much involvement you want to have. Some clients send across images and ideas, some leave it all to me, and some like to review their content before it gets published.
Platforms
Primarily, I like to use Facebook and Instagram to start promoting your business, however, if there are other platforms you would like to use, then please don't hesitate to let me know. If you order a long term plan, we will make sure to look into which platforms could benefit you in the future, should your business need it.

Content Creation
Content creation can include anything from bespoke graphics, photography, videos, reels, blogs, competitions, polls, and more. Each post will have a personalised caption, developed with your brand's voice in mind as well as links and hashtags if appropriate.

With access to your social media accounts, this will allow me to not only schedule your content, but to also respond to comments and messages, as well monitoring your analytics and report on the data.​

Customer Engagement is dependent on how much involvement you want to have with your social media. Some clients will want to interact with their customers in their own way, others may not have the time to keep up with it all, and some simply may not have or like using social media.
